After the mandatory social distancing was made into law, touching another human being was now ilegal. Hugs, kissing and sex where things so futile in the past and now a luxury only given to a few. After Tencent megacorp bought Microsoft and Ex-president Trump was driven off the Oval office by the UN health comition due to his past violations of the social distancing rules a new president was nominated, President Hilary Clinton, now Supreme Leader Clinton with the cooperation of Tencent Megacorp and the UN started solving the human problem, with the new law no new population was getting made and the costs of state backed retirement were too heavy. The solution? the clinton foundation and Tencent-Microsoft Megacorp created camps to kill the ones that were too old to be of use and cleared a the Canary island for the sole purpose of procriation, 20 people would be selected every year to replace the unsucessfull impregnations
