I feel like the more effects you add, the more it distracts from the simplicity of the thing that it's actually about. Porn. It doesn't feel easy to watch with all the new stuff your attention has to register.

I feel like the real art comes down to a few very simple things. Choice of porn stars, choice of porn scenes, choice of music and choosing the right sequence of the material.
